These terms govern Digital Innovation Cards, matching, notifications, comparison and mutual contact approval. The submitter must be authorised to provide the data, use accurate structured fields and verify the contact email. Files, special-category data, identity documents, home addresses and confidential information must not be submitted. Email verification does not publish a card. An administrator performs a formal review and may activate, reject or archive it. Public, verified-only and private visibility do not constitute verification of the submitted facts. A score describes compatibility between active fields in rule version 2.0. It is not investment, legal or technical advice. Contact details are disclosed only after both card owners approve the connection. After mutual contact approval, either card owner may declare that the parties concluded an agreement outside CYKLO4SYSTEM. The status becomes confirmed only after the other owner makes the same declaration. The platform stores the declaration status and timestamps only; it does not receive the agreement, certify its content or validity, act as a party, intermediary, agent or guarantor, or confirm performance. The owner receives a confidential management link, may update, archive or permanently delete the card, and must protect the link. The owner is responsible for rights to submitted content and for decisions made outside the platform. Each newly activated card receives one free 30-day period counted from activation by the administrator. Continued activity requires a separate order and payment according to the published gross price list. Renewal is not automatic. Without renewal, the operator may archive the card and exclude it from matching. Matching, notifications and mutual contact approval are included in the active-card fee. CYKLO4SYSTEM charges no commission on agreements concluded outside the platform. The operator may perform maintenance and security blocks. The platform does not guarantee a match, investment, agreement, transaction or uninterrupted third-party infrastructure. CYKLO4SYSTEM architecture, interface, terminology and original materials are reserved intellectual property of Andrzej Kubiak. User content remains with its lawful owner.
