The system stores a contact email, consent versions, timestamps, technical status, structured card fields, relation stages and—if used—the timestamps of both external-agreement declarations. The email and access tokens are protected separately from the public card. The platform does not accept agreements, files or special-category data. Data are used to verify and operate the card, provide matching and manage mutual contact under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; to secure and document the service under Article 6(1)(f); and, when selected, to send optional match notifications or disclose contact details under Article 6(1)(a). Essential service emails are not marketing. Data may be processed by the hosting and email provider, Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek (WEBD.pl), authorised technical support and public authorities where required by law. A matched party receives the email only after both sides approve contact. Unverified submissions and their contact channel are deleted after 7 days. Queue content is removed after delivery and technical queue logs are retained for the configured period, currently 30 days. Active-card data are retained until deletion or until needed to provide and document the service. Hosting security logs follow the provider configuration. Matching uses closed fields and deterministic rules. It does not produce legal or similarly significant effects and is subject to administrator review. Card content is not sent to an external AI model in version 2.0. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw consent for the future, and complain to the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority.
